Well hello there, I'm Mel - a sophomore studying strategic communications and digital studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I'm just your average student that drinks a little bit too much coffee, worries a little bit too much about school, and spends a little bit too much time online shopping.

Why did I start Caffeine & College, you ask? After listening to many successful women in the communications field speak, I realized they were all recommending the same thing: establish a digital presence; that is exactly what Caffeine & College does for me. I use this space as a creative outlet, a stress reliever, a homework distraction, and a way to get my words out in this thing we call "the interweb." Read a little, or read a lot, either way, thanks for popping by my page.
